Nobody Listens to Paula Poundstone is a podcast that’s part comedy, part current events, and all the fun. It’s a show filled with witty and absurd banter that attracts thousands of dedicated listeners (appropriately called nobodies) daily. The NLTPP crew have some of the most loyal fans out there, but they wanted to take things to the next level, find better ways to engage their audience, and expand listenership. So, we put on our thinking caps and came up with a plan.

We noticed that there was no website dedicated solely to Nobody Listens to Paula Poundstone, so we got the OK to go ahead and lay this foundation. Not only did we want to create a central hub for all things NLTPP, but we also wanted to capture the zany, off-the-wall humor of the show. So we did our research. We listened. We became nobodies. That’s right! Shplums are nobodies, too!
And by collaborating with Paula and her team, we created a whimsical world where visitors can listen to the episodes, submit their cat to be the cat of the week, join a book club, search for missing survivalist Thomas Coyne, meet a worm named Catherine, and truly immerse themselves in the Nobody lifestyle.

To add even more fun to the Nobody Listens to Paula Poundstone experience, we teamed up with our in-house screenprinting and embroidery company to create some sweet podcast merch. And to make it easy for you to become an official nobody, we set up an online merch store using BigCommerce, which makes it easy for us to share detailed analytics and purchasing trends with Paula’s team – and adapt our merch strategy as we go. Now, everyone can show off their nobody status with pride.
